Delivery and Returns
Article 1 – Delivery
1.1. Delivery Terms
The delivery terms and costs are specified on the France Pavé website and depend notably on the type of products, the quantity ordered, and the delivery location.
The delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order.
The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete delivery information to ensure the proper delivery of their order.
1.2. Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicated on the site for informational purposes and start from the confirmation of the order.
France Pavé makes every effort to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or circumstances beyond its control (bad weather, strikes, blockages, etc.).
1.3. Receipt of products
Upon receipt of the products, it is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered items with their order.
In case of an anomaly (damaged packaging, missing or non-compliant products), the customer must:
- to raise specific and justified reservations about the delivery note,
- and inform France Pavé in writing (email to hello@francepave.com or registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt) within 3 days following receipt.
In the absence of reservations made within this timeframe, the products are deemed accepted as compliant.
Article 2 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns
2.1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties (excluding return shipping costs, which remain their responsibility).
To exercise this right, the customer must notify France Pavé of their decision through a clear and unambiguous statement, for example by:
- email to hello@francepave.com by specifying the order number and the explicit intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The products must be returned:
- in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals…)
- accompanied by the purchase invoice,
- at the latest 14 days after communication of the decision to withdraw,
- to the address provided by France Pavé in response to the client's request.
⚠️ Returns must not be made under any circumstances to the headquarters or administrative offices of France Pavé.
The products shipped on pallets must be returned on their original pallet or on equivalent new pallets.
France Pavé will refund the customer within 14 days from the actual receipt of the returned products or the proof of their shipment, whichever is earlier.
The refund will include the price of the products and standard shipping fees, and will be processed using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
2.2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to:
- goods made according to the customer's specifications or clearly customized (examples: custom cutting, paint tinted on request, carpentry, countertops, etc.);
- goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
- goods unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or safety (examples: gloves, respiratory protection, glasses, gas hoses, locks, products in paste/powder/liquid/gas form, batteries, etc.);
- the provision of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of France Pavé;
- goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
